feeling sassy in sassafras springs
There was a much anticipated event amongst me and my little community at Liberty University since the beginning of COVID and that was the celebration of our friends Emma and Josh getting married! We knew it would be big and we knew it wouldn’t disappoint. So we reserved our Air BnB’s and bought our plane tickets to NW Arkansas for the month of June. The wedding was nothing short of celebrating the King of Kings. Every detail was meaningful because every detail was done with a Kingdom mindset. Celebrating the gospel and the gift of marriage with other believers in a stunning part of the country was unmatched. I loved every second.
NW Arkansas was stunning too! It reminded me of a spread out Lynchburg: it had a bunch of local and unique food and drink spots, gorgeous neighborhoods, and my personal favorite as a born and raised suburban city girl, lots and lots of rolling green fields. I wanted to share just a few photos from the weekend because it was one that I will always remember & the sun shining through the green leaves was breathtaking
Also! I threw in a couple photos from my brief trip to Bald Head Island with my family and from my 22nd birthday celebration with the girls :)
It was lovely last week.
